Whelk Shell Stacking Ring Solid 9ct Gold and Sterling Silver

For you beach lovers out there!

These cute little minimalistic 9ct gold and Sterling Silver whelk shell stacking rings are handmade by me in my little workshop in Devon using recycled gold and silver. The gold or silver is heated to melting point, where it then takes it’s natural form as a nugget blob. The blob is then formed under pressure to create this delicate seashell shape, and is then carefully finished by hand.

This listing is for one handmade 1.2mm thick smooth and shiny Sterling Silver ring band, featuring a recycled gold or silver scallop shell as the centre piece. These rings are perfect worn on their own, but also fantastic stacked together with other rings from my range.

There are 46 size options, size UK D-Z1/2, however, if you’d like a size that is not listed don’t hesitate to contact me. Please note, the rings will be made according to the size given upon ordering. Please make sure that the size you order is correct, as this is a custom made order and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that the this ring will be made to weigh less than 1gram. Gold jewellery where one piece weighs less than 1 gram and silver jewellery where one piece weighs less than 7.78 grams is not required to be hallmarked by law in the UK. Therefor, this piece has not been hallmarked in order to keep the price low for my customers. You can rest assured however that that the silver content of this piece has been purchased from from a reputable supplier within the UK and the gold content has been recycled from previously hallmarked items.
