Yes it absolutely is! If it looks silver, it's solid silver! If it looks gold, it's solid gold! Any piece that weighs over the UK hallmarking exemption weight will be hallmarked, and any piece falling within the exemption weight will be made using the same techniques and metals. So regardless of whether your piece is hallmarked or not, you can rest assured that it's made from quality, sustainably sourced materials. Hallmarking Guidelines
