Local Pickup & Delivery Details
- I am happy to arrange local pickup via email. Customers will need to present their order number upon collection.
- I also offer local delivery within the Torbay area, which can be arranged via email.

Turnaround & Dispatch Policy
- For non-hallmarked items, the turnaround time until they are ready to ship is approximately five working days.
- If the item requires hallmarking (please refer to our Hallmarking Information page), an additional seven working days will be required.
- Items marked as “Ready to Ship” will be dispatched on the following working day.
Shipping Policy
- All domestic Non Hallmarked items will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Once posted please allow 2 working days for delivery of your order. Please contact me directly should any complications occur. - All domestic Hallmarked items will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This method of postage will require a signature. If this is not convenient for you, please contact me directly so that another service can be arranged.
- All International orders will be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service at a standard rate of £12. Once the parcel has been transferred to your local courier, any delivery discrepancies will need to be taken up locally by the recipient.
- Due to the new GPSR regulations I am no longer able to routinely ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Some of my listings are exempt from the GPSR rules. Please message me if you would like to discuss options regarding these exemptions.
- Any taxes or custom fees occurred are payable by the recipient.
