Refund policy

As a the sole designer and maker at South Coast Jewellery I sincerely hope that you love your unique piece of jewellery. Each piece is lovingly crafted to order, so I kindly ask that you are mindful of this when considering a return.

However, I do understand that there may be occasions where circumstances ensue and you may wish to return your purchase. In this instance please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have contacted me we can discuss arrangements for return. Your return must be made within 28 days of receiving your order, in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

Returning an unwanted item is a your cost. The costs will be refunded only if the item is damaged or faulty.

Items must be returned to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

For made to measure items / rings / bangles  it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate sizes upon ordering. If an error is made when stating sizes, please contact me within 14 days to discuss alteration.
